Shadow SPY is an leading Smartphone monitoring application. Shadow SPY application runs in stealth mode and silently monitors device activities. The activities monitored by Shadow SPY includes all most features of smartphone including but not limited to Call history logs, text messages tracking, GPS location tracking, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger chat monitoring, Key stroke logging, Notification logging and many more.

Feature 'Go Live' lets you to connect with monitored device in real time and view its activities live like having screen captures of device, taking front and rear camera snapshots, recording surroundings, having auto callback and many more.

You can view the logs of monitored device on PC using our Shadow Logs Panel or logs can also be viewed on Android smartphone using our LogsViewer application.

Shadow is designed for monitoring your employees or underage child on a smartphone or tablet that you own or have proper consent to monitor. You are required to notify users of the device that they are being monitored. Make sure it is leagal to use the software in your region.
Shadow SPY application works regardless of the cellular carrier network or the location of the device being monitored. It only requires Internet connection to transfer the monitored data, and even internet connection is not required whole time, Application will keep collecting the logs and push them to server upon internet availability. For you, it means that application can be used in any area of the earth.

Shadow SPY is compatible with Android devices having OS version 2.3 (Gingerbread) and Up regardless of their brand/manufacturer. So Shadow SPY supports all the devices having Gingerbread, Ice Cream sandwich, Jelly bean, kitkat, lollipop of any brand.
You can use one account of Shadow SPY to monitor multiple devices, You just need to install the Shadow SPY on the devices you want to monitor and login with your one account on all the devices. Shadow SPY will automatically add all the devices in your logs panel where you can switch between devices to view their respective logs/activities.

Shadow SPY subscription is based on monthly system, For example if you purchase 1 year subscription and monitoring one device then your account has subscription of 1 year, in case you purchase subscription of 1 year and monitoring 2 devices then your account has subscription of 6 months (6 month for each device). You can disable monitoring of any device any time, once a device is disabled for monitoring, its remaining subscription will be automatically distributed among available devices in your account.
Before purchase you might want to try our Shadow SPY application, you can try our application for 24 hours without any cost, no credit card or payment information required.

Trial is just normal account with 24 hours of free subscription, once your 24 hours of free subscription has been expired you can purchase appropriate subscription, you would not need to do anything on target device. Once you purchase subscription, your trial account will be automatically upgraded to purchased account. It is always advised to purchase subscription before your account expires.
To start monitoring of target device (the device you want to monitor) you would need to register an account with us. All the devices you want to monitor will be then binded to your Shadow SPY account and you view the logs/activites of monitored device using the account.

You can register Shadow SPY account either by visiting console.shadow-spy.com or from within the Shadow SPY application while installing on target device.

The application needs to be installed on the device you wish to monitor.

In order to install Shadow, you need few minutes of unrestricted physical access to the target device (you need to have it in your hands physicaly). As soon as you install Shadow SPY, you will not need to access the target device again and will be able to check the data captured by Shadow SPY remotely from our Shadow Logs Panel and Shadow Logs Viewer application.

Shadow works in undetectable mode and does not show any pop-ups, sounds, alerts or notifications. Application uses Internet connection to transfer the monitored information to your account.
You can download the application from our site in the target device. Once the download is complete hit the downloaded file and follow the instruction to install. You may need to turn unknown sources ON (Settings->Security->Unknown Sources) before installing the application. Learn more about setup>>
Please follow these steps to uninstall, Settings->Apps->'Mobile Settings' and tap uninstall. In case Uninstall button is disabled, dial ##123 from dialer and then go to Settings->Apps->'Mobile Settings' and tap uninstall.
1. To update/re-install the application, it is recommended to first uninstall the existing version and then install again.
2. To uninstall the existing version Dial ##123 from target device dialler and follow the steps to uninstall.
3. In case above doesn't start the uninstall process then kindly use below 2 steps to remove the existing app.
   a. Settings->Security->"Device Administrators"->"Mobile Settings" and deactivate/off it then
   b. Settings->Apps->"Mobile Settings" and tap uninstall.
4. When you install, always download again from www.shadow-spy.com/download.html, as we keep updating our application to respective link so you will have latest application.
5. In case you are installing first time or installing after removing the existing version, do not restart the device (at least for 10 minutes so application can setup itself).
This is an optional feature that will be asked during setup on target phone, Once you enable this, the mobile device user would not be able to uninstall the application. Enabling this feature will make uninstall button non-clickable.

The logs will be reported as soon as they happen on device, for example when a text messages comes to target phone, same time it is monitored and available to view in Logs Panel and Logs Viewer app. So you will be able to view in real time. In case device is not having internet connection when the logs happened, Shadow SPY will capture them to private database and will automatically upload when internet becomes available.
No you will never need to access the target phone again once the Shadow SPY is installed on it. Application on target phone will auto start within 1 hour of purchase. In case application is not monitoring after 1 hour kindly reboot the target phone once. All the tracking settings you can change from Logs Panel.
WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger logs will only be monitored on rooted android phone. But using Key Logging you can view the logs sent through any social apps without root on all devices. Few of incoming messages of any social app can also be monitored using Notification Logging.

Social media logs in rooted device will include all the type of messages including text, images, contacts etc
